HBC was started in 2004 by a group of believers committed to Bible teaching and training for ministry. Our worship style is blended and balanced, rather than being driven by tradition or fad, and emphasizes the believer's personal worship of God. Music, Bible reading, prayer, fellowship, and expositional Bible teaching are all important elements of our Sunday morning worship.  HBC is a member of IFCA Int. (www.ifca.org), a fellowship of non-denominational churches and pastors, and partners with a local church planting agency, Midwest Church Extension (ifcamce.org) as both a church plant and church planter.  Sunday Worship is 10:00am, and nursery and children's ministry are provided. During the school year, our Heritage Kids children's ministry, teen ministry and Adult Bible study are Wednesdays at 7:00pm.  HBC places a high priority on training for Christian service, and is actively involved in internships, training of church planters and sponsors a Bible Institute on Sunday evenings.

 Home Plate is a safe, fun place for kids to come and hang out and play games together.  Beginning the week of Aug 24.

Home Plate for grades K-2 is on Tuesday from 3-5 PM at the church.

Home Plate for grades 3-5 is on Thursday from 3-5 PM at the church.

Home Plate for Middle School is Wednesday evening from 5:30-7 PM.

Home Plate for High School students is Friday evening from 9:30 PM till midnight.
